Coffee Date

Two woman sit at a cafe table taking an afternoon tea on a neighborhood street. Behind them a billboard and a water tower stand like badges of New York. The women meet casually, blasé to the surrounding iconic city hallmarks as only locals do.  

This original, 3 color stencil is sprayed over a collage of digitally manipulated, image transfer photographs. The transfers are adhered over a mixed-media background revealing collaged and painted textures underneath.
