A group of boys gather on a rural town road, attentively watching as the final shots of a game of marbles are played. The city encroaches as we see signs of industry and communication looming above. But for the time being the boys remain impervious to the commercial overshadow; their world transfixed on a dirt road.
This original, 3 color stencil is sprayed over a collage of digitally manipulated, image transfer photographs. The transfers are adhered over a mixed-media background revealing collaged and painted textures underneath.
